Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations and modifications before the item is produced or shipped out. You have a 24-hour window from the time of placing your order to get in touch with our customer service team and request a cancellation or any changes to your order details.
Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once the order has been dispatched.

- Product Condition: All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all accompanying freebies, branded packaging, and documentation. Items must be shipped back in the original box with no damage to the packaging, to ensure they are fit for resale.
- Exclusions: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day return and refund policy.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: If the return is caused by our error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged items), we will cover all return shipping fees.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer preferences (e.g., simply not liking the product, no quality issues), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Log into your account, locate the relevant order in the My Orders section, and copy your order number. Then, email our support team at support@theattlees.com to notify us of your return request.
- Coordinate with our customer service team to obtain the official return label and correct return address. To avoid delays in your refund, please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return label.
- Fill out the return information form provided and include it in the package.
- Pack the product securely with all original accessories, packaging, and documents. Contact your chosen courier to arrange the return shipment.
- Hand over the package to the courier and keep the waybill number for your records, so you can track the return delivery status.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will update the return status and process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment account or your store wallet.
Non-Qualifying Returns
We reserve the right to reject return requests in the following cases:
- The return request is submitted beyond the specified 14-day window.
- The item being returned was not purchased through our official website.
- The return is sent without prior authorization from our customer service team.
- The item is a custom-made or personalized product (excluded from the 14-day refund policy).
